As I browsed different styles I noticed that many descriptions were the exact same for different styles. Worse, some stick descriptions that did provide a specific description would stay after changing to view a different model. I found this to be extremely confusing. I regret giving any negative thoughts about this, but I think this should be better. Brazos has fine products. They are fairly expensive. These two reasons cause my lowering star count by two.

My cane is made of oak yet the wood seems to be soft. I’ve only had it a few days and it already has a few dings.

The walking stick was ok, but I received an email while it was in transit saying that they were offering an upgraded tip for anyone who bought the same stick as me. I inquired to see if they would include one for my stick and was told no. I've dealt with other companies on similar issues and they've always taken the high road and made their customer (me) happy. I guess this company doesn't want my future business and they won't get it.

Handle is very nice and attractive. The stick part looks cheap and the bolt is very hard to keep tightened. Height of cane slowly gets shorter when used for support.

I am so happy that I discovered you. But it is my first time. And it was very hard to know which walking stick to choose. I wish you would have even more information for first-timers like me to know what shape, and what style to choose -- based on how we are going to use it. To some extent, your website seemed to be based from your point of view -- what materials you use and how you craft them. But I still wondered -- from MY point of view, why this wood or that wood?? Or why this shape or that shape?? Just for the record, this is a review of their website -- and not the walking stick !!

Love the product, travelers walking stick. Did not like how it was pictured with a carry case that wasn’t included. Was told by customer service that the case was an accessory, but I didn’t see the case in the accessory list

Gave my email address and still couldn't get 10% off first purchase. I waited for a few days ordered from Walmart. Finally got tired of waiting for 10% off ordered the fine tobacco stick from your website at full price.
