I truly wish I could give 0 stars. We bought a walking stick as a gift for my father. We ordered it with a special engravement message. Unfortunately, the stick came without the engraving. Even more unfortunate, when contacting customer service I was told there was nothing they could do, and they would not fix their mistake. I have never seen such HORRIFIC customer service. I hope you take this as a warning..DO NOT order from this company. Take your business elsewhere!

The communication after placing my order horrible. I needed to request (2) times the status of my order. I’m sorry, no further orders with this company.,

I ordered 6 large walking stick rubber ferrules. I was not sent the proper ferrules. The rubber ferrules that were sent do not have the Brazos emblem, are the wrong material and color and appear to not be the same size. There is not even a picture on the website of the ferrules I was sent. I have ordered these same tips several times in the past without issue but these were clearly not the same. After reaching out to customer service I was told the items I ordered were out of stock and that they sent replacements that they thought were similar. I responded back that I should have been given the option and not just sent different tips. I then asked that a manager contact me and provided my telephone number since there is no phone contact on the website. I also asked that the proper tips be sent when they became available. The response back indicated a call center has not been set up, with my other requests for a call back and proper items sent being ignored. Once again I contacted the representative and asked that the items I originally ordered be sent to me when they became available. The representative then responded back that Brazos no longer carry’s or sells the rubber tips. I believe the representative was tired of dealing with me and made up an excuse that the items were no longer sold. In my frustration I reached out on Facebook messenger and included the email thread. Shortly after somebody from Brazos said that they will have the representative I was dealing with contact me, which they did and miraculously the items I originally ordered became available and were sent to me. This review is not necessarily a reflection of Brazos but of the company they are using for customer service issues. Moving forward it would be nice to deal directly with Brazos; with the ability to contact them directly via phone and email. The company they are using does not appear to acting in their best interests.

I asked for engraving, and it came without it. I was not very happy.

Have ordered from this company for a couple of years. Went to place an order this year and tried to call to do so. Was informed that their "new" self service website would take care of everything I needed. I was ordering under wholesale pricing, I attempted to check first with their email customer service as they have eliminated ALL phone interactions and only do emails and was told that yes, I had "dealer pricing" and told to just place my order on the website. Even though there was no place to change the price or update it from the retail prices shown, I placed an order. I inquired later with customer service by email and was told that the only prices they have are what is shown on the website...which was FOUR TIMES more expensive than I had previously paid! Obviously NOT wholesale rates! Customer service was of absolutely no use whatsoever and didn't even seem to understand about a wholesale order. After a few days, I completely canceled my order and bought the exact same product from Tractor Supply Company (at their retail price!) which was still 3 times LESS than what Brazos was charging me. Will never be ordering from them again!

Buy your over-priced sticks somewhere else. Don't support this business and contribute to the systemic abuse and lies within these dark walls.

I ordered the cane tip (FURREL) that you show on your add. It is a brown furrel that has the figures of an adult and child with canes....paid $7+ ans $10 shipping and handling for a plain black table tip that I probably could have bought at Home Depot for $.90. I had intended to use that for the top of a cane that I made from a branch of Crepe Myrtle, Lagastromia indica....so sad!

Not a happy customer. I would not purchase anything from Brazos again. Their return policy is lousy. Customer pays return shipping. They sent me a walking stick with a crook in it, I wanted to return it. No problem they say but you have to pay shipping. We checked UPS who wanted $50 and USPS who wanted $35 to ship. This is for a walking stick that cost $63. Besides that they charge a restocking fee also. I would end paying them to take it back. Stay away. Buy local if possible...
