You charged a lot, $25, for this rinky dinky strap. I thought that was super high for something of such low quality.

I bought the large cutting board. It is walnut and not as hard of wood as expected. Once the butter is applied, it heightens the color. It marks easier than expected.

I almost abandon this purchase. After I entered all billing and payment info, first try did not go through due to item not on stock - not on stock should have been validated when trying to add the item to the cart, not waste time. Second, I was looking for a section titled "how to size your walking stick" in the Site items at the bottom of the web page. Although I eventually found the guidance, I had to take a screen shot as the display of heights goes away. Awful. It would show more concern if you had a separate entry that does not flip away on how to size the items. The review is for the website.

Woulda given you five stars, but received 6 (now 7) emails about everything from discount considerations to more product, now feedback. Want one walking stick for my wife (on her Xmas list). The hard sell after the sale was a bit much, coulda done without it. Looking forward to the product, but ease up, please.

Good product responsive to emails very difficult to get questions answered by voice response prices on company website seem high as compared to amazon pricing

Since I just purchased a stick on-line minutes ago and obviously haven't received it yet, I assume this is a survey of my on-line shopping experience and not the stick. I rate it as "average" only, and not higher, because of several problems with navigating the website: 1. Very difficult to find a sizing chart once you have signed in to the website. I even tried using the "search" box on the site and it didn't work. I ended up Googling it separately and found it. 2. The images that display on the left for the various kinds of walking sticks, don't necessarily match the stick you are selecting on the right and it is difficult to see the stick in it's entirety because of the way the picture scrolls. 3. WORST part is that even when you select a different kind of wood, the description below remains the same. That is careless! 4. I can't believe that this company has no customer service hours on the weekend! That is when most people have time to do their shopping!!! I am hopeful that the product is of very good quality, and the website experience is the exception and not the rule. Thank you!

Saw ad on Facebook for Legacy stick but could not find the Legacy stick or cane featured on website by going directly to Brazos. Had to copy link info from Facebook connection as I do not purchase through Facebook. hope the Legacy cane I have ordered is as nice as a walking stick purchased a few months back.
