I recently ordered two walking sticks for myself and husband. The tags show they were made by different people, which would be fine but mine looks half as nice as my husbands. His had a lot of texture and color, mine does not. Mine is very plain and so smooth it almost looks plastic vs twisted wood. I ordered from this company specifically because I wanted something very cool and unique, as the photos on the website. I was pretty disappointed in mine. My husbands is very cool and unique.

Paid extra for 3 day shipping and it still took over two weeks

The cane I ordered is great. But their web site is very hard to navigate and their staff is very rude, when trying to deal with them.

The design of the stick is fine, useful, but the colors were apparently distorted in the pictures online and were not described in text. I ordered the Huntington which looked like it had a black or gunmetal handle (and some other parts), but when the cane was delivered it had olive green handle and trim -- the sort of olive green that the army would use, not what I had in mind to go with my wardrobe, environment, etc.

You gave the impression the order would be delivered in 3-5 business days. I ordered it two weeks ago and it just shipped two days ago. You should have alerted me that it would not be delivered on time. It was a birthday gift that is not going to be 10 days late!

I found a coupon shortly after I placed my order and was told I couldn't use it. BIG MISTAKE! My husband collects walking sticks, but I won't be ordering from you again. The walking stick was a Christmas gift for my husband. He seemed pleased, but I was disappointed in the finish.

I bought a gift for my brother, the stick was too short, my fault, I thought it would be fine....I needed the next longer size. I called to exchange for another stick. They said I would have to pay 10% restocking charge and shipping ($17). I said forget it, sent it back for $21. Also it was said to be american hardwood, it was very, very light in weight not sure what kind of hardwood it was but it felt very "cheap". Not a good experience at all for me.
