this my third walking stick but i ordered this one with engraving and was not told the machine was down, i would have waited till it was repaired

I was disappointed in my last cane. It was not what I ordered And I haven't been able to contact anyone at the office.

l don't like that l cannot call you on the phone like before, the walking stick that l received was a little thin for me. l emailed you but your company is now not very responsive, too bad you were such a great company before; what happened

Not received as ordered. Not able to contact Brazos for resolution. This is to be a recognition gift for an incredible Scouts BSA youth leader. I’m sad to say this youth leader will be disappointed. The walking stick is beautiful. It didn’t come with the engraving I ordered. I would like to find a positive resolution. Thank you

I ordered a personalized can the end of June and it said personalized canes might take a little longer. After I completed the order and paid I got a confirmation e-mail and it said the engraving machine was broke and it would be at least a month before it was fixed. This seems a bit long to fix a necessary piece of equip. plus this seems something you would tell someone up front. 1/12 of a year wait is a little more than a slight delay. Now I'm just sitting here and still no cane and just hoping they don't blow me off.

Customer service has seriously deteriorated recently.

My walking stick was order with engraving but came without the engraving. I tried to call, email and every option was a dead end. This is the first opportunity to let you know. Hopefully I will get a response.

You people suck! Laxer machine broke but you never informed me . I needed the stick for Boy Scout camp. I ordered it a month early. I asked for a refund nothing. When I get it I’m hitting social media with my story. Y’all are horrible. Joey
