Walking stick is perfect! Truly one of a kind! I did order and pay for an extra rubber tip which was not included in my shipment. I notified you on day of receipt of stick but have heard nothing in response. Love my stick, not happy with partial shipment. Many thanks! Duncan McInnes

I bought a second cane after cutting the first one too short. Love the first cane which was perfect, new cane is large for my hand with an overall thicker diameter and looks bulkier. That's the risk of ordering sight unseen, can't pick the one that's "just right". I can live with that, it was my choice to order this way. Would really recommend you size the canes you sell. It's not just a matter of cutting it shorter, the end of the cane is narrowed to fit in the stopper and when it's cut it no longer fits and has to be narrowed again. A better product would come with this done already, sized to fit. Not everyone has the tools to do this and the finish is gone also. I did not have the talent to make it look as good as you did.

The quality of the stick is great - however, I could have sworn I ordered a long stick, but got the 48” one, instead. As it turns out, I think I might prefer the one I got, but I don’t think it’s what I ordered.

THIS IS MY SIXTH (6) PURCHASE FROM BRAZOS. So, I'm quite familiar with the excellent quality of all of your products. This time I ordered a fancy South-American hardwood cane. Beautiful color and quality finish. I was disappointed with the lack of inventory to select from. Like the limited species of lumber, lengths and optional up grades; such as the Lone Star state emblem or even the standard BRAZOS recessed brand on the handle.Even though, I did not order an American Flag emblem I did expect your standard BRAZOS tag on the handle. This way I can avertise for you when people ask me where I got my cane. Lack of selection is my biggest beef and your tight-wad lack of a BRAZOS tag.l

I was disappointed in my last purchase. The bottom of the stick is very thin.. I do not feel safe using it. Probably never will. I am heavy, with lots of health issues. Including 2 bone on bone knees & can not have surgery due to being highly allergic to all metals! 😢

Great product feels and look good, my only complaint is the picture showed a brass seal on the side of the handle and mine did not have one. Other than that it is a very good quality product, which I would recommend to anyone.

My order came quickly but, I was disappointed when I put the new stick next to the one I got as a gift from my husband several years ago. I ordered the new stick for my 6’3”husband and it is shorter, thinner and just appears not as sturdy. We do like that the stick divides into 3 pieces for travel!
