Spelling error not yet corrected

You failed to answer a question I proposed a few days ago. You need a customer service department that can be called to answer questions.

I have 2 sticks. One with brass combi tip other with rubber tip. The brass tip fell off that one on a hike and was lost before I noticed. On inspection I found no evidence of epoxy to affix it to the wood, as there should have been. Brazos charged me $46 for a replacement. So much for lifetime warranty.

Don't reply to questions or assistance in a timely manner. Customer service is poor. Once they send your product to you, they seem to not exit. Still waiting for reply.

I gave a gift certificate to my brother. He had questions but there was no phone number to call. He was happy with the quality of the cane he selected but questions whether he ordered the correct size.

I didn’t expect the second stick I bought to be so thin. I know it said sapling but there was no way to compare to what I had prior.

The walking stick is fine. Further solicitations are not.

We received our order quickly and are very happy with the walking sticks. However, we also ordered two extra tips but they were not included in our package. Despite repeated efforts to find out if they would be shipped separately, we have not heard anything. Your customer service needs to be improved.
