I like this new sturdy cane! I’m patiently still waiting for my refund for wrong size return???

I was diagnosed with cancer two years ago. I special ordered a black walnut cane from you that Said ' Samuel • Live Free Or Die ' on the side. It was made by Addison Livingston. When I called Brazos to order my cane a woman helped with cane floor to hand measurement. In a month, the base of the handle cracked really bad. I had to fill the crack with Gorilla glue using sewing thread to seal the crack. I tried to contact you a few times but you never once responded! My cane came clear coated and sealed. WRONG! A cane, walking stick or hiking staff has to breath. It's not furniture. I had to sand and then oil the entire shaft! But even at $185 it has become like an old friend. I'm 66 years old and now cancer free. I really like that the rubber tip comes off to reveal a spike for winter use. Ice and all... Thanks. Sincerely, Sam Stone

This was a company gift to an associate for retirement. The piece itself was beautiful. Arrived on time, packaged arrived undamaged. However, the engraving was missing. Therefore, I rated this 4 stars instead of 5. I'm not sure what happened. I selected engrave twice and supplied the wording. My receipt shows no engraving but shows the text I asked to engrave. No one called me to verify what I wanted and the sentiment of this gift was missing. I then had to pay extra to have engraved else where before it was presented and it was a hassle.

Great product great service. Only problem was that there was no way to say it was a gift to someone nor a line to say who it was from. My brother even called Brazos to see who it was from or if it w sent to the wrong address and no one would help him.

This is my third cane and I’ve also purchased two sticks. I use the sticks to wade trout and bass water. I’ve had to replace the two canes not for any flaws but for the fact that the cane alleviates a chronic pain from a him operation which after two years still isn’t right but I can generally walk without the cane. Therefore I leave them behind when I go shopping or to the doctors office. Still the best looking and best constructed. I would give five stars but when I attempted to contact someone about my previous canes the experience was less the constructive.

The only reason this is not a five star review is that the web site can be somewhat confusing when placing orders. When placing an order for a specific cane, it is the only one pictured, but you still must select it to highlight it. That is not apparent, but if you do not do this, the order will not go through. It took a few tries to figure out. Five stars for the finished product!

Great cane!! I had to work to buy it, however. Your website didn't like my attempt to purchase after I logged in. I tried several different browsers as suggested by you and almost gave up. I decided to just buy as a guest not logged in and that finally worked. I tried to register the cane but that website no longer exists, apparently, so couldn't get that accomplished either. In the end, I would do it all over again because it is a fantastic cane that I really like.

Beautiful cane delivered in a timely manner. The cane is just what I was looking for. It was packaged somewhat lightly (only because of treatment of packages by carriers these days) but it was fine. A little disappointed that the cane did not come with a rubber "foot". I guess I needed to order that extra with the wrist-strap but I can find them anywhere or at Brazos. I am very happy with my purchase and have my eye on a couple more of these beauties. Thank You!
