The promotion that you ran for buy one and get one Ironwood walking stick was very vague. I didn't see anywhere in the offer that it was only for two 48" sticks. Very disappointing. Also, I ordered engraving on our sticks and that wasn't done. I'm not very impressed with your customer service.

The 1st year was right 1969. The 2nd was not 1917, Was to be 1969 - 1971 Thanks Clark.

Have yet to receive a response from my email I sent through 'jotform' (3.11.2022) from a recent stick purchase (3.1.2022, order #55012). I had questions about the cracks in the stick when it arrived.

We ordered 5 hiking stick tips that were 7/99 each. we paid for them. they were supposed to be clay colored with embossed pair of hikers on them. We got 5 plain black tips. There was no explanation. Their web site would not work. I finally found an 800 number but only a recording answers it that tells you about their Webb site that was not working. The web site is now working and I sent a request for information about this. I received an answer from someone Briggs Health who said that they had not received what we ordered from the manufacturer(which we had assumed was Brazos but is not). They told me to keep checking their web site to see if they had gotten them. I told them it was not my job to do that. They should not have charged us until the product was available and they should send what we ordered to us when it comes.

The walking stick is awesome. The compass was cracked and is not usable.

It is too weak for us big boys but it does look good sitting in my corner.

Walking stick is great and beautiful but my children also bought one for my husband. I’ve emailed four times trying to return with no response!
