The wrong walking stick was sent to me. I tried to rectify it but to no avail.

PLEASE REFER TO MY EMAILS, WHICH FULLY EXPLAINED THE ISSUE AND DISSATISFACTION

The item I bought went on sale just 3 days after purchase. I called for a price adjustment and was told on two separate occasions they have no way of refunding the difference. I'm not sure what type of software they use but I find it hard to believe that they can't do a partial refund or for that matter how about suggesting an account credit? Terrible Customer Service

Sent photographic proof of faulty accessory and have not received reply in two (2) weeks

You show a good looking stick on your website but when I received it I was shocked. The stick is so skinny that it feels if you put any weight on it it would snap in to. I'm very disappointed in your product and the way your company has handled. My complaint. I'll will blast your company on Facebook until you help me.

I ordered new ferrules for my walking stick and liked them, but they were the wrong size. Brazos Walking Sticks' website says it allows returns only with advanced permission, so I sent them an e-mail asking to be allowed to return the ferrules in exchange for smaller ones. I have e-mailed twice now. No answer either time. I'm very disappointed! I won't be ordering from this company again.

I ordered a brass spike with premium rubber ferrule. I only received the spike, no ferrule. I reached out to customer service twice received notification that I would receive the ferrule, no ferrule. My cane is useless without the ferrule. I have ordered 3 times from this company and have been disappointed 3 times. I have shared my disappointment with my health care team and with my own patients. Do not use this company.

Soon after paying for my walking stick, I noticed an error in my order and sent an email immediately, hoping to rectify it. I am yet to receive a response.
