Two of my orders: 1. walking stick with split in it. Wife passed away, so i didn't pursue the stick problem. 2. Nice cane i ordered was delivered as a thick crudely shaped club. I'm out $200 +- and there will be no other orders coming to you.

I can’t talk to anyone about my order. You ship with FedEx they are the absolute worst shipping company ever. They don’t know what they did with the first order. I’m still waiting for the second order.

Could not make connection through phone or email Needed a fat/thick handled cane Received a flimsy weak cane that would not support me Paid $18 to mail it back + 10% restocking fee Ordered 2 walking sticks and 4 canes from you in past All perfect based on prior shipping communicatiom I'm done with your company based on this last failed transaction

We shopped the Women's Cane area of the site and bought a root cane. What we received was a giant sized root cane, a 1"-plus diameter handle fit for a large man's hand, and _heavy_. Hardly sized for a woman. Of course the return went seamlessly altho Brazo's thoughtless product labeling did cost me a 10% restocking fee as well as the cost of return shipping. Not a pleasant shopping experience.

THANKS FOR THE RECENT CREDIT . . . BUT I DIDN'T GET CREDIT FOR THE SHIPPING. I WAS WILLING TO PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING, BUT I SEE THAT I WAS NOT CREDITED FOR THE SHIPPING TO ME. SO, I PAID $10 TO GET THE WRONG ITEM . . . AND $14 TO SEND IT BACK. IT WAS SO NICE DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU. JOE K.

Still missing tips for our walking sticks. I have called - got a taped loop, couldn’t leave a message. Sent a picture of missing tips that were supposed to be stapled to the tag.

I ordered the leather traveling bag for the Walkingstick I had purchased. I was sent the other leather case. I cannot use that case. If I send it back, will I have to pay for it to be restocked?
