MY husband has cancer but needs to walk as much as possible. He was using an aluminum pole to help him keep his balance. I really appreciate the fact that customer service is not a robot....when UPS failed to read delivery instructions, customer service quickly resolved the problem with UPS. 2. The product a cane with a seat attachement is very good except I will be getting a bycycle seat pad. I bought the sassafras walking stick and so pleased that I did. I enjoy walking and hiking but started experiencing balancing Issues as a result of cancer treatments causing neuropathy in my feet. I feel a lot more secure using this product and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking about purchasing a walking stick. Fine craftsmanship too!
