Very poor customer service from Brazos Walking Sticks. This company is not veteran friendly at all. Purchased one of their most expensive walking sticks (Safari with Padauk) with the Lee Valley ferrule rubber tip. Upon receipt of the stick, the tip would constantly come loose while hiking. Notified customer service and they sent a new tip which did not fix the problem. Was deployed on a long term OCONUS deployment. Notified customer service today and they stated that there is no lifetime limited warranty even though their website states different about manufacturing defects. Customer service stated that the warranty is only good for 100 days. Was told that I could send in at my own expense and they would take a look at it. I will never buy from this company again. From the beginning I have received horrible customer service and I was sold an expensive product that can't even be used due to poor workmanship.
