The purchase process was fine BUT Customer Service had to help to get the 10% off coupon for new customers. Something is wrong on the web site since the Customer service person said I was the 2nd person today that she had spoken to regarding the same issue. Time to get your web people involved. I’ve used it on several long hikes in rough terrain and it’s fantastic. Customer Service was amazing, the product shipping time was awesome, and the product itself is beautiful. The product while unique also matches what the wood in the images looks like, my twisted Sasafrass walking stick looks exactly as the images lead me to expect, something very rare when it comes to custom stuff like this.
