I have owned a Brazos root cane for 3 years now and have used it particularly in airports, parks, and anywhere else where I expected to have to walk long distances. I have been considering a walking stick, particularly for " off road" and the twisted hickory stick with the Lee Valley spike seemed to be a perfect combination at a very attractive price.

I purchased the hickory walking stick. The craftsmanship and finish is great with the added inset small medallion, and leather strap. I have received many compliments at the dog park. Very sturdy, really helps steady my wobbly 69 year old body.
