I was expecting much more. The price of this walking stick was >400.00, There was no WOW factor at all. The name Jack was monogrammed on the stick it took me nearly a minute to identify what it actually said. Lower case j with upper case ACK. Just nothing special at all . Live and learn I guess.

Ordered a straight pine walking stick. First one sent was wrong length. Second one was much thicker. Was told it was from a new supplier and now I am expected to pay to return it and pay restocking fee. They will not take responsibility for errors and make excuses for sending the wrong product. Do not trust this company to stand by any guarantee.

I just received confirmation. Wrong size and no link to reply the correction. So now I have to spend time figuring out how to correct it. I really miss the thoroughness of ordering online. Companies should verify.

I made the call to correct the color issue the lady that took the call did nothing it took a second call to get the order right. And when I got this ticket was all dented and damaged on the bottom.

It’s a shame, I purchased a walking stick and it did not come with a ferrule. I had to purchase a ferrule and the shipping, cost more than the item. Brazos doesn’t offer first class shipping with USPS which would be less costly.

I need my item by August 28th and I am wondering why it still has not been shipped yet. I hope that I receive it in time I hope it is expedited since I ordered in advance

Unfortunately you have taken your cain tips from a very good product to a very poor one. I had ordered my year’s supply not knowing you had changed the configuration of the bottom of the cain tip, 8 out of ten are destined to the trash unused. I am very very disappointed with your decision to change the quality of the tips, I feel and believe they are unsafe.
