The quality of these canes are NOT worth the money. They are very overpriced. Plus their 100% customer satisfaction is a joke. It took numerous emails and complaints before Hannah agreed to replace the cane. The replacement was better but the attention to detail you would expect from a craftsman woodworker is NOT there in these canes. The Hame is screwed in crooked with a gap at the bottom. I won't even bother complaining this time. If you value craftsmanship and quality then give Brazos a pass.

The walking stick arrived and was broken. We were leaving town and my husband really needed it so we tried to superglue it and it didn’t hold up. Disappointing.

Bought my sticks from a site other than Brazos because it was a special set made just for that company. Registered them with Brazos when I got them and then went out for a hike. One of my sticks was defective and Brazos refused to honor the posted warranty against defects. Therefore I can't recommend anything they sell.

Ordered walking stick from web site 12/20/20. Since than have not been able to get any order status updates from Brazos. Web site order tracking page appears to be down, and VM and phone calls have not resulted in any communication. Does appear that it is a one person front office operation which may be a contributing factor, and a incorrect assumption on my part ( I thought it was a much bigger operation / company than what it now appears to be. So worried about paying a large amount of money for a WS and not receiving the product from this company.

so what they don't tell you is that the 48" is available on Amazon for nearly half the price, and that you cannot get a taller stick on Amazon, only on their website, then add on that every email is from a NO REPLY address leaving you with no way to communicate with the company, which seems to have become the norm with these online stores. no idea if the product is worth it, but I know I am now looking for a different maker...

I was supposed to get 10% off my order and I’m not too happy not getting that. I put a complaint in and I wasn’t happy with the response so obviously your company doesn’t care about their customers. I doubt it very much I would order anything from your company again
