So far the process has gone smoothly, I just ordered the walking sticks (3 total) so I have not yet received them yet ( I will do another review when I receive the sticks) this review is for company and communication.. From the very start they have been professional, polite and efficient, they have kept me updated as we went along.. so bottom line my experience has been great thus far.

I ordered the Oak Trekker walking stick and it is absolutely beautiful. Great craftsmanship and very sturdy. The twist pattern really shows off the wood grain. I’m very pleased with my purchase.
