given the people of TX went through hell and back with the ugly weather, then the devastating fire that Brazos suffered through causing significant damage, your customer service was fantastic, Leigh Santa-Maria was very helpful and I would bet everyone at Brazos was under extreme stress but she had a great and accommodating personality....I will be referring my hiking friends and my not-so-hiking friends who need assistance with walking..:The sticks and canes are very functional pieces of art and completely dependable.

I love my stick, it helps on the uphill climbs and steadies me on the downhills runs on my wobbly knees. It motivates me to grab it and head out for an hour for an hour to so each day. Thank you for providing many of us with a motivating “best friend” that doesn’t talk too much and is always available to join me when the moment hits me to get out of the house! I purchased the walking stick for my father who had knee surgery, and it arrived completely broken in half. Brazos replied within 2 hours of my email and had the replacement shipped out. A very stout, high quality staff that fits the bill on top of outstanding customer service!

It takes a truly creative writer to come up with a reason for five-starring an order for three ferrules that attracts an audience and wins its approval. But I'll try. And all I think Brazos's customers need to know is that I love my walking stick and, no, you can't have it. And I'm not sharing my three spiffy new ferrules either. Just know that you can ask Brazos for excellent service and they will deliver, Alright, Brazos, how did I do? Five stars? Uh huh. Not very creative? That's alright. I'll just go for a walk with my Brazos walking stick. That always makes me feel better.
