I placed my order on 12/7/22 it is now 12/21/22 and I have not heard an update yet on where my package/purchase is. I'm upset. Wonder if someone can let me know when it will arrive. Very disappointing.

Hello, Cristina! How are you? Unfortunately we had a delay from the supplier, we apologize for that. Normally we don't have this kind of problem, the delay is due to a problem with our supplier's carrier. But we received the products and we sent your order yesterday! Your order should arrive within 3-5 business days! We apologize again for this and we understand your frustration. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. Best regards, Rafaela G.
