I was impressed with the fast response to my order and the packaging. My products arrived undamaged and the order was complete. I would prefer not to have to buy the complete package if all I need is more shampoo and conditioner. Thank you nonetheless.

Hello, Yamil! How are you? We are very sorry for this, our supplier did not have the product available and couldn't give us a deadline, which is why we contacted you to inform the situation and ask how you would like to proceed. I checked and the refund for your order has already been made, we remain at your disposal for any other questions you may have! We have several products that are similar to this one that we believe you may like and we can recommend some to you if you want! Best regards, Rafaela G.
