My concern is about the label with the manufacturing information, it is given a totally different information than what I have with the products I bought before from the authorized distributor in the US, so it is hard to trust if it is an original product . Another concern is the delay in the delivery of the product, which took about 3 weeks. I am going to request a refund!

Hello, mauricio! All our products are original and go with an invoice. The product has the seal of authenticity on the side of the bottle, you can check the originality of the product on the brand's website with the code that is on the seal. All the Steps 2 of 1 liter have this seal, which proves that the product is original! Regarding delivery time, we shipped the order the next day of the purchase. But the Customs inspectors in Brazil are on strike, so the orders are taking longer than usual to be released. Actually the order took 10 business days to be delivered due to this Customs situation.
