I ordered the backsplash September 19 and it arrived September 25. I immediately sent an email advising the tile does not resemble the internet photo. The photo showed the tile as having more golds and purples. The tile I received is blue and silver. Four days later, I have now sent 4 emails requesting a refund. No reply. I would like to return the tile and receive a full refund. The company will not cknowledge my emails or requests for a refund.

Placed an order today, logged into my account afterwards and the order status = "cancelled." There is an area for comments but no comments were provided. Tried talking to live agent- none available. Tried to submit a ticket- error message. A few hours later a representative contacted me to advise the cancellation status was an error and advised the product was ready to be shipped. I decided not not proceed. Company offered refund. Hoping the refund will be processed with no further issues.
