Maybe it was that I wasn't aware of the new resume structures, or what exactly recruiters/hiring professionals are looking for in a resume, but I struggled a lot with the process. One good note is that the writer was always professional, even when it seemed like my frustrations were getting the best of me. The writer was open to my suggestions and offered their insight, and in the end, we arrived at a product that I was satisfied with. Though I did some minor tweaks in the end, it was acceptable.

I'm happy with how my resume turned out. My writer, Emily, was very responsive and did a great job. She was able to pull key bits out of my descriptions of my job that I would have never thought to include in my resume. Hello, Jalia was helpful in writing my resume. She provided good customer service/communication, asked valid follow-up questions and developed my resume accordingly. I would rate my overall experience 3.5/5 because the process took too long. I selected the "5 to 7 business days" option but it took over 4 weeks (20 business days) to get my final draft. My LinkedIn profile development process has not started yet. I wish it didn't take so long.

The worst company ever, please don't hired them I received my linkedin profile last night and it was sad to see the poor quality. Is more marketing, they don't have customer service skills nor interpersonal qualities. It was a complete waste of money $400 for an Aspiring Professional Resume. I went through a lot of stress with this company.
