They took my money and customer service…
They took my money and customer service didn't want to refund me,I asked politely and they refused. So I lost my money 😭This company is the worst they lie and said you don't need any money but you have to be financially stable for this job. Poor people can't do it

Customer Support Need Improvement
I placed an order with BrandPush and provided a fully working link to my landing page. Days later, I received a vague message claiming that the link “does not seem to work” — despite it being live and publicly accessible 24/7. That’s like saying “facebook.com doesn’t work.” It shows a serious lack of attention or technical understanding on their part. I tried following up, but received no real response for over 48 hours. Just silence. The order remained stuck in “Issue - Contact Support,” leaving me without any resolution or explanation. If you’re considering using their service, be aware that support is extremely slow and unresponsive — a dealbreaker for any professional or business that relies on timely delivery and basic communication. I genuinely wanted to like BrandPush, but this has been a frustrating waste of time. I hope they improve their support and customer service in the future. Edit: BrandPush support finally responded after 2 days. Order placed: March 31 Work delivered: April 6 Note: Not all press releases are indexed yet.

Major Typo in Every Publication
Hi there, There is a major typo in every single publication, in which my last name Deng appears twice. This is completely unacceptable and I am requesting a full refund of $1805.00 unless this is immediately corrected. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company in order to reverse this fraudulent charge. Evan

Customer Service Suddenly Disappear for No Reason
Submit an article and the revise the content as per suggested by BrandPush. After that, the customer service just disappears. No response after repeated request for update. Terrible!!!
