⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with the service. The package promised high-authority backlinks, but only one link came from a genuinely high DR website that appears to have been indexed by Google. Immediately after publishing, I was informed by email that Google would likely recognize only 1–2 of the links. Most of the remaining links were published on low-quality subdomains with little to no SEO value. This was not made clear before purchase, and the results did not match the expectations set. I would not recommend this service if you’re looking for genuine, high-quality backlinks.

Thanks for your feedback. I can see you ordered our Access Package, which is focused on awareness and visibility, including for more challenging topics such as supplements. For goals focused on high DR domains and stronger SEO value, we usually recommend our Authority Package, which only includes 6 high-authority news outlets and is more SEO-focused. Google does index links from every package, but it may only show 1 or 2 publications per search to keep results diverse. Our team have reached out to you via email to see if we can help improve your results, so please check your inbox.

Ordered an extra MSN publication - the link no longer exists after a week, and of the 500 links, only a few were indexed. they put your PR somewhere inside of PR portals where no one can see it, including search engines Reply: 2nd link removed in a few days agian! your service worths nothing - do not cheat people.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience here. We recently had an issue with MSN that caused some publications to be removed. But, as part of our free replacement policy, we republished the affected MSN articles over the last few days, so please check your inbox for the updated link. Regarding indexing, Google usually indexes our publications within a few days of going live. You can see how to verify indexing here: https://help.brandpush.co/en/articles/7016985-will-the-publications-be-indexed-by-google-semrush-and-ahrefs

STAY AWAY.
STAY AWAY. Their links didn’t even last a couple of months, and when I reached out, Vincent responded with a pretty arrogant tone, basically saying links aren’t meant to stay live “forever.” Not exactly helpful or professional. Honestly, you’re better off spending your money somewhere else.

Hi Kamal, I’m very sorry to hear about your experience, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I’ve already sent you an email so we can resolve this as quickly as possible. After reviewing your order, which was completed around 9 months ago, I can see that the vast majority of your placements are still live. However, I did identify at least one publication that is no longer available, and we would be happy to republish it at no cost to you. Please just reply to the email to confirm, and we will arrange this right away.

Backlinks marked as NO FOLLOW
What is the point of having backlinks if they are ALL marked as NO FOLLOW? It does not help with SEO at all.
Response from Brand PushNov 21, 2025
You're right that our Access and Growth Packages mostly feature nofollow links. We state that on our homepage FAQ, order form, and help center before anyone pays: https://help.brandpush.co/en/articles/6993804-will-backlinks-be-do-follow If the goal is major dofollow placements, that’s included on the Authority and Ultimate Packages, which typically include sites like Business Insider and AP News. We would love to help you reach your goals, so we’ll get in touch and help you pick the best fit for your goals.

They took my money and customer service…
They took my money and customer service didn't want to refund me,I asked politely and they refused. So I lost my money 😭This company is the worst they lie and said you don't need any money but you have to be financially stable for this job. Poor people can't do it
Response from Brand PushApr 16, 2025
Hey Wendy, this does not sound like us at all, we do not offer jobs in exchange for money. But, we are aware of impersonators using our name and logo to trick people into sending money, often through fake websites and messaging apps. You can find our fraud warning and a guide on how to report them and try to recover your funds here: https://help.brandpush.co/en/articles/11040331-how-to-spot-fraudulent-activity-impersonating-our-brand We’ve successfully taken down multiple fraudulent websites in the past, so if you can share the website URL where you sent money with our support team, we’ll do our best to take it down. We’d also really appreciate it if you could remove this review, as it doesn’t relate to our business.

Major Typo in Every Publication
Hi there, There is a major typo in every single publication, in which my last name Deng appears twice. This is completely unacceptable and I am requesting a full refund of $1805.00 unless this is immediately corrected. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company in order to reverse this fraudulent charge. Evan

Poor Customer Service and Communication
On Dec 9th, their automated platform said "Issue- Contact Support", which I did, but I did not a get a response until Dec 12th. Obviously press releases are time sensitive, it had serious business repercussions that the service was unavailable for 3 whole working days. Then, they were unclear about the next steps, which created further delays, and every time they sent a message it another working day before I got response. Ultimately the publications we were published in was very poor and I would not use this service again.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear about your experience. The issue was that cryptocurrency topics aren’t accepted by the outlets in the Authority Package you selected. This is noted in the pricing table on our homepage. We emailed you about this on the same day as your order, but it’s possible the email went to your spam folder, as we didn’t hear back right away. We offered a full refund or the option to proceed with the Limited Package, which includes a different set of outlets. The full list of these outlets was shared with you in advance and is also available on our homepage and sample reports. Since you chose to continue with the Limited Package, your article was published on the outlets included in that package. I completely understand how delays and communication gaps can be frustrating, especially for time-sensitive projects. If you have any further questions or need additional support, I’d be happy to assist—please don’t hesitate to reach out.

I can't trust the high ratings
While other distribution sites release content on scheduled dates, this site consistently misses them. The dashboard only shows system logs, and despite repeated inquiries, I've received no updates on actual release dates for over two weeks. It seems the high ratings might not be genuine. Additionally, some of the published articles come with links to unrelated companies and suffer from distorted formatting, which only adds to the frustration. Feedback is quick before an order is placed, but post-order responses take days, and the dashboard doesn’t even display links to the reports—only options to place new orders are active. I’ve tried reaching out about these issues but getting a response has been challenging. The design may be good, but overall, the service is extremely disappointing.

Hi Mim, we’ve been in touch regarding this issue, but I wanted to apologize again for the delays with your order. Publishing can be complex, and references to third parties and governments, which we advise against, presented challenges. Since we only published on half of the outlets, we issued a full refund under our money-back guarantee. While we couldn’t complete this order, we’d love to work with you on a new article in the future.
