yesenia was a great help she is very professional and replies to my email quickly. great experience with this following rep

I was looking for unique cups for a marketing opportunity with Bacardi Rum! I had a hard time finding what I was looking for because of so many options so I requested help from the "Sales Chat" that they offer on the website. I met Anthony Carlo Lee through Sales-Chat and he was so incredibly helpful that I almost felt bad for asking so many questions! :) He sent me sample cups for me to see live samples, he sent me visuals of cups with my logo on them, he changed the colors of the design, he sent me at least 10 different options through email, he was so quick to answer all of my questions, he stuck with me for over 3 weeks to finally pick the color, type, and size cup I wanted! I couldn't have made the purchase without him. I also don't think I would have ended up ordering anything without Carlo's help! Brander's is a great company to work with and I think that Carlo is an amazing asset to them! I absolutely would refer Branders to anyone looking for specific glassware!

Very pleasant experience working with Geri. She gave us exceptional service with offering us an upsell that actually saved us money. We have used branders in the past and will continue as the product and service is worth the value.

Was assisted by Alfredo Buenavente who made it easy to set up and order / Order # BR87450

Needed a small run of backpacks customized with company logo with a quick due date (order BR87423) - Alfredo Buenavente quickly got me pricing and met my deadline. Always a great experience with Branders.

Anthony Carol Lee was able to help me make sure that my image was the right one for the job and that my finished product met my expectations. I will definitely be contacting him again for assistance with future orders!

I worked with Carlo Lee and he was awesome to work with! He answered all of my questions and got my order processed quickly. He also offered products that would go well with the items I was ordering which is always nice. Although I did not want to purchase anything else at the time, it was nice to receive the recommendations. Great job Carlo!

The associates provided very good customer service and are very attentive to your product needs. They will not stop until your completely satisfied with your order and their service and that makes this company a great company to trust and order from. Customer service is very important and Branders makes sure you are happy. Alfredo today was very good, and I appreciate the level of excellence to service he provided.
