I've worked with Morris Fabro at Branders on a few projects now and have always been extremely satisfied. Very responsive and always deliver quality items on time. Never have to worry when I order from Branders.

Buyer beware. I received a call wanting me to reorder a product I had ordered a few years ago for the same cost. They insisted I pay upfront with a credit card. It arrived and was the wrong product and made from a different material. They refused to correct it.

I have placed two orders with Branders at my company and both experiences have been great. William Howard, my account representative, has done an excellent job at promptly getting me quotes, samples, and shipment details. My first order kept changing due to different requests from my supervisor as far as final quantity and colors were concerned, but he would always send new quotes and info along, never acting frustrated. Prices were also very competitive and seemed much lower than competing retailers. I will absolutely be in contact with Branders about any promo items we are looking for in the future and look forward to doing business with William again. Thanks, Paul
