They are terrible! They took my money too! I agree with the other posters. You can't reach them at all. They claim there's already an account with my email and instead of responding to me, they sent that account my paycheck. I've already made over $500 this week. I figure they'll keep that too. If anyone knows anything that can be done about it, please post!

This bank sucks nobody picks up and you won’t get an email response they steal your money

first they say they can do something. then they say they can't do anything. then they say they can do something, book a meeting time, then ghost you. interesting company.

Horrible customer service to the point that is almost non-existent takes days just to get a response through email and there is no phone support whatsoever

I have been on phone for 5 hours today and 3 days prior trying to reach this place. Also have sent numerous emails to them and no response. Very sad.

Total scam.. can't access my account

DO NOT USE THEM AS YOUR MAIN BANK. I used them for the first time as my main bank to test if it would be a good fit for me to use for my bills (rent inparticular). They charged my rent, took the money out, everything was fine. Only for them to then send a notice days later of "insufficient funds" showing the statement of what was LEFT in my bank account AFTER my rent was taken out. I contacted customer support and they told me that it was a mistake on Branch's side and they would notify their development team. That's all fine, but now I'm late on my rent. So, I contact my apartment and they need a bank statement to prove that I had enough in my account at the time of paying rent. They needed the first of the month, and Branch was only supplying me a statement for the month before. When I asked if I could get access to my bank statement for the current month, they literally couldn't do that for me. I have NEVER had a bank that can't give you documentation of your spending and what you have in your account at that time. It shows the company's immaturity and that level of immaturity is not a place I would trust with my money. Lesson learned: DO NOT USE THEM AS YOUR MAIN BANK. If you want to keep them for small deposits here and there, okay. But as your main source for your income/bills/etc/stay away.

I'm tired of going back and forth with my employer and you guys. I've been told all kinds of things and none of you knows how to fix this error that translate to "unacceptable 400" on iphone. I made one last call to you and to my employer support department for your incompetence and terrible service. As a new customer you can know for sure that I will NEVER recommend this platform to anyone in the future. And I will make sure my feedback is heard about your failed and unhelpful service including to my employer and up to corporate and social media. You give poor training to your employees, they don't help us cause they're too lazy but your corporate is worse cause they don't care about unsuccessful customer interactions no one in this company cares about doing their job right. These are the reasons why companies like this one fail to meet every goal, get removed from the market, go out of business, shouldn't even exist in first place. I haven't been able to see my money for a month as a new customer the first time I use this platform cause UNFORTUNATELY my company does payroll with YOU. This is the worst thing that has ever happened to me, it's a scam, waste of time, don't even bother trying. Never work for an employee thats with Branch unless you can setup direct deposit yourself.
