I feel like you should have a choice to either receive your funds on the card or direct deposit into your own back account. I also feel that we shouldn't have to wait until after noon to get paid. Sometimes after 4pm.

There's nothing you're gonna do to fix this problem, so here's a new perspective. My employer switched us to you. I used to get paid cash at the end of every shift, the moment before I clocked out. Now if I want my money right away, I have to pay you first. And what service are you providing me thay you get to touch my money? Nothing. You've done nothing but give me an extra card, and an extra (faulty) app I have to pay to move money through. Nothing like needing money moved over quick and getting at a white screen for hours. You people are crooks. You dip your nasty little fingers into my money by saving some rich kundt a few dollars on the front end. What exactly did you do for me that should be forced to use your services and pay for it? Your pay model is a downgrade. Phuch you, go find a real job

Branch allowed a 3,000$ charge to my account and now I lost my job because I couldn't get my direct deposits sent to a different account. I couldn't afford rent and my family are now being evicted!

Branch has the THE ABSOLUTE worst customer service I've ever experienced. That's an incredible feat! It's as they are trained to NOT help! TERRIBLE and they are proud of it!

I have been trying to get a hold of Branch since Monday. No response it shows the money I owed coming out of my check but then when I go onto the app it shows I never paid it back which is a lie!! No one is answering the phone or in emails!! How do you get a hold of them?
