This app sucks. They take your pay n give you want they think you deserve. I need all my money when I clock out not half of it so I’m getting rid of this Branch app one way the other other because it doesn’t serve a great purpose please people do not use the Branch app if you work in the Flex app find some other car to use cause this card sucks. It will give you only a portion of your money. You have to wait a week later to get your other half of money I work too hard for my money.

There is no way to speak to anyone on the team that handles verifying a person, when your account gets locked there's no one to help you.

CAUTION ⚠️Automatically started funneling my uber money into account then Blocked me from using the account. Software keeps rejecting the back of my license so i cannot access my money!!!! Spoke with several supervisors they cant help just escalate. 3 emails & 3 broken software links i send screenshots as it says to reply to the email if you have issues. NO ONE WILL RESPOND. Supervisors tell me they closed my complaint due to lack of response! Its a circle jerk meant to keep you from accessing your money till you give up. FILED WITH CFPB.org & now have to with Attorney Generals office. They should not take money if they feel there is a discrepancy! Update: 7/17/26 just look at the BS response below. All they do is keep telling you to have agents escalate this. No regard was given to my already numerous attemots that keeps sending me in circles. Since I posted ive tried everyday for weeks to get a resolution & still no path forward out of this mess. Still waiting on CFPB to help which can take up to 30 days

Absolute WORST online banking service. I have to pay $4.95 each time I load money on to my Pro Card. However, if you ever have a problem with your account it is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to call and speak with a live agent. You will spend 10 minutes answering the ridiculous and irrelevant questions asked by their asinine AI system and it will eventually say something like: "Unfortunately I can't connect you to a live agent at this time, please describe what you need help with"....are you F##&@&G KIDDING ME 🤬🤬🤬 I just spent the last ten minutes explaining what I need. Avoid this Bank at all costs unless you're okay with not ever being able to speak with a live agent about YOUR account and YOUR money! Then, if you're fortunate enough or have plenty of time to waste, you COULD be connected to their call center in the Philippines where an agent will attempt to read from a script and try to answer your questions. I am also filing a complaint with the Federal Reserve and the FDIC.

They just denied my dispute where 10 separate charges went through for $3100 at exactly 11:59 pm. Said it’s not fraud. They are pure evil

while i have had little issue with the actual support team, who are usually just fine to work with, i cannot stand the process to do anything in this app. It drives me insane the amount of hoops i have to go through to simply log in to my account or transfer money that i have never experienced with any other app of this kind. i hope they can improve themselves, otherwise i strongly suggest using a different app and that employers do not choose their service.

Branch sits at just 2.5 stars across 200+ reviews, with refunds, billing, and customer service topping the list of complaints. Customer after customer describes holds placed on their money and never returned, balances changing with no transaction at all, and a support system that's a black hole — 30 minutes to 2+ hours on hold and a fraud department that only communicates by email. And here's the kicker: Branch isn't even a bank. It's a middleman fintech holding your hard-earned money with zero accountability. Bottom line: they take a confirmed, approved refund and sit on it for weeks while you can't reach a single human being.
