It is impossible to get a hold of anyone competent. Getting someone through the automated system is like pulling teeth. You will then wait in hold for at least an hour. The agents know absolutely NOTHING. They refuse to get other departments or supervisors. They also hang up on you a lot. Don't use this service. Spark forces me to use this horrible app. Get a real bank account, because this company just all around sucks.

Branch app customer service is absolutely horrendous, they will have you on hold for a while before you get to speak to someone who cant even solve the most basic account issues

I gave this app and customer service a 1 because there was nothing lower. Walmart/Spark should be ashamed of themselves. Why you are forced to use this platform is beyond me, been on hold for 30 minutes so far. Unless you use their card or account is takes for ever to get your money and the glitches are horrible. Would not recommend if it was the last option on earth....horrible!!!!!!! Walmart should make this a much smoother process by allowing you choose how you would like to receive your money. I have money from January still sitting in this wallet I won't do Spark anymore.

this app glitches every payday to the point i cant get my check. they hold your check hostage by very low withdrawl limits and very high transfer fees. so unless you give them 4% of your earnings, it takes DAYS to get your whole check. im being FORCED to use the app because the company i contract for illegally requires it, trust me dont use unless you are forced.

Terrible customer service and god forbid if there is fraudulent activity cause you won’t get your money back let alone hear back from them. This is a gimmick

I have multiple unknown transactions that I have no idea about and I reached out to Customer Service., which they have no Live person to talk to on the phone and when I emailed my response I got no answer back. I totally wish Spark will find a different method for us to get paid because I do not like the branch card at all!!

I'm so frustrated, I put into words or no where to begin on how this company failed across the board!!
