Deleting your account is difficult, and they want you to send personal info via email. I jumped through their hoops and still couldn’t get my account closed. Coincidentally (or not), my identity was stolen soon after all this. Finally, I got an email saying my account was closed. About a month later, I get an email saying it was reactived. WHAT? Then was asked to start the process all over again. Super shady. Use this app at your own risk.

If I could give it 0 stars I would, I've called customer service twice to help me with trying to change my birthday or even try to see if I even added my birthdate on the account. They can't access my account unless I give them my birthdate. I give them my DOB and they can't access it because of an information mismatch. There's no way to edit it online, no way to see what it is. The website is very vague. The people are no help. They gave me a phone number to call and it immediately said that there's no customer service representatives. Needless to say that this service is a dud and Walmart should go with an alternate route

If I could give 0 stars I would. Started using the branch app at work to receive tips from customers. They made over $400 go missing of my money and are apparently having a “hard time locating it”. It’s clearly missing and they are still not giving me my money. It’s been two months now. If you use this app or bank keep a VERY close eye on all your transactions or save yourself the worry, don’t use them at all.

They are scammers, I am starting a campaign to show all persons and companies to avoid using this service, and creating a group to consolidate a complaint against this "Company and their owners"

Impossible to get paid, or anything resolved. No willingness to look for solution. Lost money.

Please don't engage with this company under any circumstances. They will spam the crap out of you and won't remove you from their lists. The rest of the reviews on Trustpilot will tell you everything you need to know about this company.

My gig uses Branch for payment. I was stuck at a gas station to try and get home, but my card would not work. They said I requested a new card , I sent them pictures of my card, told them I dont need a new card. My need was completely ignored, because they said when I requested a new card, the old one was cancelled. I told them just send me a check , and keep their card. Fortunately, some kind people at the gas station gave me some money for gas.

If you are an employer DO NOT make your employees or contractors use this ***GARBAGE***
