Hidden charges with no way of canceling sub without mailing their support...
Have to pay 1€ for your results, AFTER you've already spent 10+ minutes taking the test, of course. Only to find out that it's a 7-day trial and they charge you another 40€ once the week is over, without any confirmation email or anything beforehand. And of course they won't refund you the 40€ as that's obviously how all their money is made. They offered to refund half of the 40€, after I'd emailed them the day of the charge to cancel the subscription, even though I had just paid and I hadn't used it at all. Let's just see if they're at least true to their word about the 20€ refund in 5-7 days...

Please be assured that if a partial refund was agreed upon by our support team, it will be processed directly to your original payment method within standard banking processing times.
