I regret giving KidzToPros a second chance - it seems like there is very little communication and transparency from upper-management to the actual instructors running the camps (they mentioned there is extremely high turnover). It would be cheaper to just get a babysitter for your children than to sign them up for a camp.

This was a great camp! My daughter loves Lego and that was a great opportunity to do Lego robotics

She is excellent with the kids. My daughter absolutely adored her. I enjoyed knowing that she expected the kids to have fun while also following directions and being respectful to the teacher and each other. Great job!

Enrolled for Roblox programming camp where they were supposed to learn how to program an obstacle course. There was ZERO learning all week - the instructor was on his phone the entire time while the kids had free choice on the computers. I called and emailed to explain the situation and was told both times someone would call me back in 24 hours. It’s been 72 hours and no one has called me back. DO NOT ENROLL IN THEIR CAMPS. IT’S A SCAM. Update: They provide a generic apology without any details on how to get this resolved. Sounds just like the customer service rep on the phone and the one via email. I talked to 4 other disgruntled parents from the same camp and they have yet to hear back from the camp as well. Again, THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. Based on recent reviews from multiple sources, it looks like there may be enough parents who lost money to this company's falsely advertised services to start a class action suit.

This my child’s first summer camp and she is very excited to go everyday and had so much fun .

First time and the last time. I'm regretting I put my kid in for 3 camps without reading more reviews. The first week of camp starting 6/13 in San Jose, Legacy Christian School short staffed on Day 1, then the remaining of the week there was no instructor specific for the camp as planned. The program didn't even bother to inform parents. Called customer support and was told will be contacted by project manager 24-48hrs and I'm on week 2 Friday and haven't heard from anyone. I've called and email 3-4 times and the same answer. Its a great daycare if that is all you want but not much for a summer camp to learn. I'm trying to get a refund for week 3 only if I could get in touch someone who is authorized. Absolutely dissatisfied and also came to know about negligence (which the camp didn't even bother to report to the parent).
