DECEPTIVE Subscription practices
Some very good products, however, if you want the best price you must subscribe for automated deliveries. BEWARE they will make you call to cancel during their operating hour. Super annoying. Dr. Amen is a Christian with deceptive business practices, very disappointed. All other companies you can simply cancel online.

Ron, thank you for sharing your feedback and for noting both what you found helpful and what felt frustrating. We want to clarify a few points around pricing and subscriptions. While subscriptions do offer an automatic discount for customers who prefer ongoing deliveries, they are entirely optional. One-time purchases are always available, and we also run regular promotions throughout the year that apply to one-time orders. Customers are never required to subscribe in order to purchase or receive savings. Subscription options are clearly presented on the product page and again during checkout, with a visible choice between a one-time purchase and an optional subscription before an order is placed. Our intention is to be transparent and allow customers to choose what works best for them. We’d also like to clarify that canceling a subscription does not require a phone call. Subscriptions can be canceled or changed via email, live chat, or phone, based on customer preference. We also apologize for the delayed response here, as we’re newer to actively managing Trustpilot reviews. If you ever need assistance or clarification, our support team is available by email ([email protected] ), live chat, or phone.
