They tricked me into a difficult to cancel subscription
This BrainMD associated with Amen Clinics (and owned by Dr. Amen) seems like it is designed to trick you into buying their supplements (only $400 per month(?)). I thought I was buying a 'one time' order and instead found out they put me on their monthly subscription service. And - the ONLY way to cancel it is if you call them during their office hours. I could not remove my credit card info either. TERRIBLE. AVOID. A company with any morals would not be doing business this way.

Mark, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry this experience felt frustrating, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few points for anyone reading. BrainMD subscriptions are always optional and clearly presented on the product page and again during checkout, with a clear choice between a one-time purchase or a subscription. Pricing varies by product and quantity, and customers are never required to purchase large monthly commitments to shop with us. We also want to clarify that calling is not the only way to cancel a subscription. Customers can request cancellation or make changes through email or live chat, in addition to phone support, and payment methods can be removed. Our intention is always to make subscriptions flexible and fully in the customer’s control. We understand how billing concerns can feel stressful, and we never want anyone to feel misled or stuck. We apologize as well for the delayed response here, as we’re newer to actively managing Trustpilot reviews. Outside of this platform, our support team is available by email ([email protected] ), live chat, or phone, and we’re always happy to help resolve questions or concerns.
