Thank you for your feedback and I’m very sorry for the confusion and inconvenience caused. We have already issued a full refund for your purchase — please check your account to confirm. I also want to take a moment to clarify the situation so there’s no misunderstanding: The program you purchased was originally bought from the official sales page at full price multiple times. However, the author of the course only releases content gradually (1 lesson per week over 12 weeks) to all paying customers — not just through us. Unfortunately, our internal customer account has been banned multiple times by the author for reasons beyond our control. Despite trying to reach out to them as a customer, we received no response, and it seems they are extremely strict with access policies. We absolutely understand your disappointment, and we took immediate steps to refund your order as soon as we confirmed the issue. If possible, we kindly ask you to consider updating or removing your 1-star review on Trustpilot, as it deeply affects our business reputation. We’re a small team doing our best to provide learning access, and your understanding would mean a lot to us.
