Customer service was wonderful, when I realized I needed to call. I got no response from online help. I’m not able to review the product yet, as I need to wait for an appointment with my hand therapist for fitting. It looks to me like they are both too big, but I will wait for a proper fitting.

The brace got here fast and it works very well! The pain on my wrist stopped the first day I used it and it’s comfortable. It’s small enough that I don’t have to take it off at work since I have to keep putting on gloves.
