I found the website helpful in ordering a metagrip push splint. Combined with a phone call made to bracelab to find out more specific information for my order and creating an account, I was able to successfully order the splint with a discount.

Ordered L2 and R2. L2 was a little tight due to arthritis inflammation later in the day than morning fitting for size. Got RMA # to exchange for L3, returned with all original packaging. Received email of approved shipping of L3 thumb brace.

The Push MetaGrip is an excellent brace. I use it for basal joint osteoarthritis and it is working bettter than I ever thought it would. I highly recommend it and based on the quality of this item I would recomment anything from BraceLabs.
