I found your online ordering form somewhat confusing…I was not able to double check my order before I purchased it (to check size, etc) and wasn’t able to check that my order will go to a different address than the address on my credit card. It also was not clear that there would be no shipping fee included with my order.

Clear instructions, easy to use website. Thank you. I will not receive my splint for about a week so I can’t comment on the splint, only on the experience of ordering it.

Easy to order

I researched thumb braces for my 12 yo to use for return to AAU basketball after a thumb fracture at the MCP joint. I am a Physical Therapist and had several hand specialists look at the brace before purchasing it. They all agreed this brace looked great. And the sizing turned out to be perfect, which is always a concern when trying to fit a child. He got his cast off Wednesday and was dribbling the ball with the brace that afternoon. We are very pleased and have just ordered a second one so that it is easier to be able to wash it during these few weeks that he needs to wear it for more than just sport per doctor's orders. I will definitely be recommending this brace to others and to my own patients.

The push braces I got are the best I have ever had,.The others were glove type and didn't give me any pain relief. These are user friendly and uncomplicated.
