Bracelab exceeded my expectations on many counts. First, customer service is fantastic, which is refreshing these days. Second, the exchanges were made easy so that I got exactly the right size. Third, the Push Med Back Brace is the most comfortable and pain-relieving back brace of the many I've tried. It gives the lumbar spine maximum support, extending down to the tailbone, which most back braces do not do. Putting it on is also super easy, and adjustable. This investment has definitely been worth it. Thank you, Brace Lab.

The left-hand CMC thumb brace sufficiently stabilized my left thumb joint to give it a chance to heal. I was absolutely ASTONISHED that I could still play my violin with it on!!! I wouldn’t dare suggest that would work for any other violinist. All I can say is that it kept me from having to stop playing altogether while waiting for my thumb to get better. Now I only use it as needed. Whenever I feel even the slightest flare-up of joint pain or when I’m doing something that puts extra stress on my hands, I put it on as a preventative. It fits easily under gardening gloves. Very durable. I have gotten it filthy dirty and stinky with sweat. It washes-up and air dries quickly, like new.

Was very happy with the product until after only a few washes the Velcro started fading away and no longer was able to hold its place. Thankfully I’m being sent a new one with hopes it will last more than a year :)

I selected the Fedex shipping option thinking it might be free, but it wasn't. No problem. I went back to select the 8.99 USPS shipping. After returning to the Place Order screen, the shipping still read 172$ as if I was still going to get the Fedex shipping even though it showed USPS as the method I selected. At that point I cleared my browser information and selected the proper shipping which was correctly reflected in the price. I then tried to verify my debit card in order to place my order. I kept receiving an error that read "card could not be verified." At this point I enter a different card which works. I go to place the order and it tells that I've not selected any shipping method even though on the same page it displays the shipping method I selected. I go place the order on another device and use Paypal to pay for the order rather than a card. This strategy works. An obnoxious and confusing experience overall.

I struggled with placing an order online. The website itself is a little clunky. I wrote to the company and received a very courteous and friendly reply. They suggested using another browser, which I did and my order went through. 5 stars for customer service, 3 stars for website design. I look forward to receiving my product.
