I was surprised how comfortable it is. I played 2 hours of pickleball while wearing it with no problem and no noticeable restrictions on my performance. Soft and firm design made it simple to just put it on and go without having to make any time consuming adjustments. My reason for purchase is, I developed a nervous twitch with my head that has caused my neck a great deal of pain. I've definitely cause damage to my neck vertebrae because I get tingling in my arm if I move my neck the wrong way. This brace is keeping me in check and getting rid of my anxious head movement. I put this on to keep my neck stable and it helps remind me not to move my head around unnecessarily. It does take a bit of getting used to when it comes to breathing. It will feel constrictive around your neck at first and sometimes you might have to loosen or retighten the pressure of the brace depending on what activity you are doing. And your neck can become sweaty if you're doing any activity while it's warm to hot outside. Overall, I like having this neck brace in my house for whenever I need it.
