Videos on website explaining sizing, how to clean product, etc. were very informative and helpful. Previously I ordered a brace for my right hand and it has worked out well in relieving the arthritic pain and now am ordering one for the left hand. The brace stands up well after several years of use.

We love the products and receive the items well package and on time. We would have given a 5 star but we wish that BraceLab would have free shipping. Most other companies do have this if you spend over a certain amount. Just something you may want to consider.
