I work in a restaurant kitchen, and must constantly flex my wrist in every direction. The bottom portion of the thumb brace that wraps from the front of the hand to the back of the wrist rubs and cuts into the back of my wrist enough that I cannot use the braces at work.

On the advice of my doctor, I ordered the wrong size. So I reached out to the customer service rep and explained the mistake I made. She immediately suggested a quicker solution by returning the original order and placing another order in the correct size. By doing it this way… I didn’t have to wait 3-4 weeks while the original brace was inspected and processed. Received my new brace within 2 weeks.

The service was good. Overall I like the product except it is too stiff between the area where the index finger attaches to thumb.

I have had a pair of braces for over ten years. I got them after thumb surgery. Didn't need them much after healing. But lately have been using right thumb a lot and my dog had chewed the right brace. Ordered another, fast service and they are helping again.

Fast service and good product

The thumb brace is a very high quality product which substantially reduces stress to my thumbs, which both suffer from arthritis. I have one for each hand.
