My order was easy to place and it arrived before the estimated date. Unfortunately, I made an error and ordered the wrong hand. It was very easy to exchange and it was done in a very timely return. The brace fits well and seems to be helping.

Although the device did not turn out great for me it is obviously a well made and quality product. I returned it and received my reimbursement with absolutely no problems.

Not your fault. I was prescribed the brace for the wrong indication. I have a triscaphe DJD, not a basilar thumb arthritis. The brace transferred the motion to my painful joint which resulted in increased pain and discomfort. This brace is not indicated for triscaphe DJD.

I had ordered too small size and they sent me a label to return my brace and then sent me a size bigger. Excellent customer service! And I'm hoping it will help my arthritic thumb. It's hard not having use of a thumb.
