Order during there thanksgiving sale
Order during there thanksgiving sale. Only received one item. Contacted customer service numerous times, finally got ahold of someone said the must file a claim and look for the missing product. Then they said they would send me a 30% off coupon for December the same that is on their website. What a joke, Never buying or recommending this product. Get your customer service in check.

Good morning I am sorry you are unsatisfied with how we handled your claim. After looking over your claim our associate did file a claim to find your missing product and then you advised him to issue you a refund. We have filed that for you and you should be receiving your refund for this issue. Sadly from time to time USPS does misplace products or boxes and this causes orders to go missing and with your order being sent in 2 shipments this is why. I do apologize for USPS error. I ordered 4 items
I ordered 4 items. I have only gotten 3 of them. They were ordered around thanksgiving and I have gotten nowhere in getting it. I spoke to someone who was very unprofessional and he said I didn't get my item because it was out of stock. Then why was I able to order it. That should not be happening. He said he would be calling me back and never did. Very unhappy with customer service!!

I had an order of almost 120 dollars …
I had an order of almost 120 dollars and paid for upgraded shipping, my order was late by over a week. Then I tried getting in contact with them to send it back an their customer service is terrible. Highly unsatisfied.

Exactly the taste I was hoping for!
Exactly the flavor i was hoping for! I ordered the Root Beer version. I have only had it for a week so I will see how it helps with my training. Looking forward to trying other flavors. Not too sweet like some others I have tried where you need to really water them down.
