Mal, pésimo, nunca pude comprar desde Ecuador para que sea enviado a una dirección en Estados Unidos, ni con tarjeta de crédito ni PayPal, frustrado es poco, revisar su sistema para que en un futuro se pueda comprar desde cualquier parte del mundo. Bad, terrible, I could never buy from Ecuador to be sent to an address in the United States, or credit card or PayPal, frustrated is little, check your system so that in the future you can buy from anywhere in the world. Daniel UPDATE 13/12/2017 "your billing and shipping address were different", false, today I used the same addres and yor sistem don´t let me.

Took my products an unreasonable about …
Took my products an unreasonable about of time to order. The standard shipping said 3-5day to deliver. After a week of of waiting and no update on the status of my order besides “packing” I had to email BPI sports just to get a responce.

Overall good, but not enforcing promotional products.
Good timely delivery and products are quality. However, I was promised a free bottle of Micronized Creatine with my order as it was $50; in fact, I actually added an item to ensure my total was well above $50. I did not receive any creatine in my package. Overall, not the most satisfied, but I didn't feel the need to create a separate complaint/ticket. Thank you for the mediocre experience BPI.

I ordered my BCAA's from BPI weeks ago …
I ordered my BCAA's from BPI weeks ago they haven't arrived. The tracking info I received as shown zero updates this entire time and apparently the shipping service is still waiting for the package to be there. Customer service has been VERY slow in responding and I am just wondering if I'll ever receive my product. I ordered my product on November 29th and it is now December 11th. They promised delivery about a week ago. I understand it's the holiday season and shipping is slow and very hectic, but I have received no notifications or news of any kind as to the status of my order.
