Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. They don't honor there guarantee. If you don't like a product don't even think about trying to send it back cause they have a 15 percent stocking fee. Bulk muscle is like plaster for walls not even palatable. Lost a customer . BUYERS BEWARE

Service was great and fast
Service was great and fast, I’m sure y’all have giving away things in the past and I just missed out on my orders but it would be cool to get a bpi spots hat lol. I’m looking forward to my next order soon. Love the videos y’all do on YouTube they are very helpful.

I put in a code for a discount it did …
I put in a code for a discount it did apply. then when I pay the price when up again they charge me the full price. When my package arrived it was the wrong product I ordered best protein and I got "bulk something" contacted customer service and they said they was going to refund me the discount. But they never said anything about the wrong product. Until now I haven't received any refund or response 😡
