I never received my protein and its been more than two weeks.

My first order went through great. I got my products in a very timely manner. However, I ordered a second container of protein and mailed it to a friend and they didn't receive it and no one has gotten back to me about whether it shipped or not.

Never received my product even after calling and being told another one was being shipped in 2 day shipping. After 2 weeks, requested a refund.. still waiting on refund.

Never received protein, only the free liquid aminos included with order. Called customer service and was told someone would call me back. Never happened. Emailed customer support multiple times. No response. Literally the worst customer service ever. I totally got scammed by ordering from this company. Buyer beware!!

The only issue is the taste. Not fond of the brownie.

Placed order on 2/1 and have received free best aminos but not best protein I have purchased... it's been 2 weeks and after contacting customer support and have been told lies about overnight shipping it to me I still have not received my order... that's very bad business.

Very disappointed because I really wanted to try this product but after ordering I’ve emailed customer service 5 times since there’s no number to call and still haven’t heard anything back. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and would never shop or recommend this company and their products again.

great service. Just wish it would arrive faster!
